Well according to me. An article which can be accessed according to SEO is if its
- Unique in nature.
- Internal Link Architecture is good.
- Easily accessible and get discovered by search engine spiders or bots.
- Very good sitemap and along with it site's very good url structure. So, even if a primary sitemap isn't present everyone and search spiders can access it quite easily.
