Google Penguin 3.0 just rolled out on Saturday. Most of the webmasters are saying that its a 'huge' algo change. What about you guys has anyone noticed any changes?

Yeah, the changes are like crazy. Many of my sites has their rankings fall.

Although only 2 of my sites ranking has fall out of 8. But I am have been doing some research (& getting reviews) about this update in the all other famous webmasters boards, it seems like that the number of losing sites are much more than the winning sites.
