1) Site structure and navigation: this affects quite a lot in SEO since it determines the where the bot can crawl and what particular category, tag, and pages we want to index.
2) Audience matter: for most of the time audiences don't want to click too much times just to get to the link they want to see. Therefore, audiences don't like a site which has a complicated structure (too many categories, layers, etc...) and high chance they will abandon the site just because they don't know where to look at or search for.
