Bright Data Proxy Alternatives (Low cost or Free)

As you guys know Bright Data is a very expensive proxy costs more than $100.

So, I am looking for a low cost or even free Proxy. Although I will not choose a free one unless I have no options left.

But for the arguments sake let's keep our options open.
