Get people emotional it can get you sales. Rational people takes lot of time to take the leap of faith which is called sales. Every marketer here I am sure believe in this theory but everyone work on it everytime??

Its called being persuasive or making a compelling argument to a person who will be willing forced to do things your way.

I would suggest being more conversational rather than emotional because your are establishing connection with your target users not filming in the set.
