Is google Panda a rolling update??

Is it possible that Google Panda algorithm is a rolling updates which is updating at the very instant I writing this? As, its been over four months from the last update.

Google Panda is a rolling update as it seems. John Mueller of Google has also quoted the same thing. But he has also mentioned it that it will not be running some time. Its a bit unclear so lets wait for a confirmation.

I agree with brian. lets not jump to any conclusions right now. It is good if Google is taking this update pretty much instantly because its good for the site owners who work really hard.
