Same product but have to audience

I have one product which is in youth niche. And it can target two type of audience. So, should I build one single product pages or two pages?

I will suggest that you should build two separate pages.

Build both pages. It's not uncommon for companies to have multiple landing pages for the same product. Some will have a landing page for each local market they target even though it's the same exact product they are promoting.
