Ratio for Deep Linking
#1
Is there any ratio that defines links towards the homepage to links towards the inner pages? I heard some marketers say that too many links top the homepage doesn't seem to be natural so its unsafe. Will somebody clarify it for me?

Well it doesn't matter at all. If your site has quite a lot of number of backlinks towards the homepage. Then its not necessary that a separate site will also have the same.

People often link to their inner pages to get them ranked better in a relevant way so that search engines like google doesn't see this as a manipulative action to effect the SERP's. But there are no rule that you have to create or not. So, the concept of ratio doesn't exist here.
