Don't know about these. But Google is going launch a broad core algorithm update tomorrow on June 3rd.

By Monday 3rd June,2019 Google is going to launch its Core search algorithm. It is an usual algorithm update from Google. Google launches these types of updates every year.

Update by Google: Check your web analytics and Search Console performance reports over the next week or so to see if your site was impacted at all from this algorithm update. If it was, there is little you can do to “fix” it as stated in our earlier story. In short, Google recommends you make your site better.

May be a major core update. But it hasn't effected any site worldwide. People are talking about it all day. No fluctuations of any kind.
And specially nothing is visible in SEMrush.
