We do nothing. Because google will ignore those links.

In case if you are asking about how often do we use the disavow tool. Then know it. We don't play with it. Because its very powerful tool and can do more damage then good if used carelessly.
We don't even think about it unless there is manual action penalty.

Even though anyone uses the disavow tool. There is no specific time frame that it will get resolved.

So, you are basically implying that due to the unspecific time-frame people should not use it?
