I have few hundreds of SKU's which i'm running successfully with good ROI with google shopping . Now I would like to start expanding and managing manually thousands of SKU's in not really doable - Can you share how you are doing it ? are you using tools ? if yes which ?

I don't know what exactly are you looking for but Optimyzr is good tool for these kind of things.

What kind of products actually are they? That you are trying to expand their variety.
