We have got a sales for a specific products. The clients has also provided us with their email addresses. Now, how to encourage them to buy new products or update the old one in a regular way.

Don't push them once they have bought something from you. They have bought so its clear to say that they trust you. So, all you have to do is take the trust and turn into something useful.
Engage them, see what they needs. Find first if they truly need more of your product or not. And then offer it to them.
