Pomodoro Technique - marketingS - 08-13-2018
I have heard that the Pomodoro Techniques is the best way to increase productivity. Can anybody explain the steps for me for which who have experience with it.

The basic steps are:
-Set a timer for 25 minutes (experiment with the time)
-Do work on a task until the bell
-Take a break (say 5 minutes)
-Repeat steps 1 -3 a total of 4 times
-After four cycles, take a longer break (like 30 minutes)

Many marketers does that. Its very useful for brainstorming.
