Toxic links are basically that link “Unnatural, unsecure and high spam score's links”.
We can check through genuine two types:
a). Moz spam score checker
b). Googe webmaster > Search traffic > Links to your website. Downloadthe CSV file and check the status of all backlinks that you've created.
How you can delete forever:
Collect the all high spam score backlinks of your website. And filter this keep in the sheet only root domain. Finally disavow the all toxic links in search console.

Toxic links are basically that link unnatural, and high spam score's links.
