Is there any way to always have my website on Google first page? The problem is once my site gets on Google first page it doesn't stay there for long why?

After having high ranks on 1st page, you need to remain your SEO activity daily to keep that top positions. However, if you have budget, you can use Google adwords to buy keyword position. With this way, your keywords will still list on top page. IMO

Many people don't keep on doing the same amount of work once they reached the google first page so once they stopped putting in the hard work they were doing work, their rankings are very likely to go down or in other cases the competitors may work more and get better rankings.

Keep eye on your competitors and check what they are doing
Also focus on quality instead of quality
Check your Webmaster and Analytic tools randomly
