At first I was a little mulling about their products but once I bought their KVM, it didn't take much of any time for me to realize that they are one of the best. Super value for money and also support is great. Having a knowledge base is one thing but being able to use it properly and use it wisely to help customers is another thing. Hosteroid does use their knowledge base wisely. The only thing they are lacking is their number of datacenters. I travel a lot in Europe. And I have seen their services to slow down at different places. But their uptime and if you let them know about your problem then they are quick to act. And also more flexible offers can attract more customers. Just me saying though.
